The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar

Sushi + Burger. This seems like the epitome of Asian fusion cuisine. I was dying to try this place because it just sounded so unique! I absolutely loved everything we ordered here - between two people, we ordered one sushi roll, and a burgushi (burger+sushi) each. Each burgushi comes with a choice of side (fries/sweet potato fries/Thai cucumbers/edamame, etc.)
I would give this restaurant 4.5 stars because it is so different. From the menu and decor to the food items, everything here is so creative.
My favorite was the Wicked cowfish poster.
