top chef Takashi Yagihashi's restaurant! finally - a week after their grand opening, i was able to get a reservation at 9pm. shown above is the do nabe bouillabaisse. it reminded me of kimchi (김치) / soon tofu (순두부) jjigae (korean)
my only complaint is that the communal tables are slightly uncomfortable and the music is a bit too loud for a restaurant. still, i would come back to try other dishes, especially the dessert!
hamachi tacos (tartare of yellowtail, truffle-soy, taro root shell) - my fav.
