i love sitting outside babo on warm Michigan days. their custom-made sandwiches are generous in not only portions but also the wide selection of ingredients. it wasn't too difficult to find pescatarian options, as their selection of cheeses and spreads all sounded delicious.
shown above is a smoked salmon spread with some aged English cheese, red pepper spread, and arugula+tomatoes. yummy
