last lunch in Ann Arbor was slurping turtle (since it's may and they're open for lunch!) the restaurants was significantly less busy than the first time i went, and service was much better and faster. 

shown above is the "roasted chicken shoyu ramen" which was absolutely delicious. the homemade ramen noodle dish has roasted chicken, a poached egg, bok choy, bamboo shoots and yummy fish cakes.

dessert: tofu cheesecake - highly recommend!
